DreamExpansion Atlas Privacy Policy
Plain English. No legalese. Last updated: 2026.06.03
What we collect
- Your account email (used for sign-in only).
- The dream text you write or speak in.
- The sliders you set (vividness, lucidity, intensity, sleep quality).
- The mood you tag on waking.
- Your corrections (renamed entities, hidden entities, merge actions).
- Any feedback you send through the in-app widget.
We do not collect: location, device fingerprints, third-party identifiers, or behavioral analytics.
What we do with it
Your dreams are sent to leading third party AI services for three tasks: extraction (identifying people, places, objects, creatures, emotions, motifs), embedding (placing your dream in vector space so similar dreams find each other), and generation (when you build a storyboard or generate a story).
Those services see only the text you submit. They do not see your identity. We do not sell, share, or expose your data to any other third parties.
Where it lives
Everything is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase). Encrypted at rest by default. US region.
Retention
Your data exists as long as your account exists. Delete the account and every entry, embedding, storyboard, story, and correction is removed by cascade.
Your rights
- Access: every entry you have made is visible in the app.
- Edit:you can rewrite any dream's clarity layer without overwriting the raw text. You can rename or hide any extracted entity.
- Delete: delete an entry directly. Delete your whole account by emailing the contact below.
- Export: not yet built. Email us if you want a JSON dump of your archive.
Cookies
Two cookies, both essential:
- A Supabase auth session cookie that keeps you logged in.
- A Supabase auth refresh token.
That is it. No analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we will note the change at the top of this page with a new date.
